It's the grand re-opening of Baltimore's beloved Current Gallery and it will be a grand affair. Grand! 6/22/10: New review of Important Comics: A Collection of Unquestionable Merit on Avoid the Future. BOO YA! 6/6/10: New review of The Regular Man Issues 8&9 on The Comics Journal. BOO YA! 5/22/10: Just uploaded some stuff to the comics page, including Coffee (from Mutant#1) and Help Me Finish This. Check out the completed version of Help Me Finish This by Tehani Harris! Genius! I'd love some more completed versions, definitely download the PDF and send in your results! 5/19/10: Listen, I made some greeting cards. With my friends from the Un Saddest Factory. The title of this project is Two Wrongs Greeting Cards and you can get em through our new etsy store! We have two varieties of sentiment at the moment, with more to come! Are you someone who makes mistakes in life? Then these are the cards for you! See? (p.s. don't worry, they're available in both genders, in case you were wondering about that.)
5/13/10: FIRST OF ALL i hope you've been listening to this podcast because Brian is really pulling out all the stops and you won't be sorry i can 100% guarantee. 5/5/10: SO: I'll have a big new painting at this show called either No Face No Problem or end.pea.bend.perch or both and either way it's in Toronto on May 20th. It's at DoubleDouble land and if you live anywhere near there you should go and i wish i could go myself. There was talk of skyping me and Lesser in for the opening but i'm not sure if that's happening anymore. But maybe you'll see a giant projection of us eating snacks while staring back at you. And also i wanted to tell you that i remixed my art for Wicked Eats the Warrior into the art for this cassingle that Nuclear Power Pants just put out called Uh Oh Maxi and it's on Really Coastal and here's what it looks like and i'm listening to it RIGHT NOW and IT SOUNDS GOOD so YOU SHOULD BUY IT! And in case you were wondering The Regular Man #8 is out and about. 4/22/10: CHECK OUT MY PODCAST! NOW I TOO HAVE A PODCAST! Now, in case you don't have access to the Citypaper or the internet, but somehow have access to podcasts, you will be able to experience my weekly City Paper comic audibly as described and interpreted by my friend, Brian Durel. We hope you will join us as we learn more about each other and ourselves. PODCAST Also be forewarned that i will have a new minicomic available for FREE in Mutant #1, available at Atomic Books on FREE COMIC BOOK DAY: May 1, 2010! Other Mutant #1 contributers include Eamon Espy, Ben Claassen III, Benn Ray, and more others. It's a big free pack of minicomics! What a day! 4/14/10: Fake Heads Anthology! OUT NOW! I'm in it! Even though i'm not in their art collective! Thanks Fake Heads!! Look at this awesome cover by Isam Prado and be convinced. You can see samples and buy this bad boy at fakeheads.com an at the comic book store! Another thing i'm in that could conceivably be called an "anthology" is this tiny little comic of many pages all about Fleetwood Mac and for some reason called Toot. It can be found in this quarter machine at Cake Shop, NYC. Thanks to Andy Bodor for asking me to be in this like 2 years ago! I can't wait to get one! 4/8/10: Speed Lines is this weekend! Come out on Saturday at 12:30 to see me try to draw a comic panel under while being terrified of onlookers! I'll have books for sale too! More info here! 4/1/10: This is NOT an April Fools Day post and I'm actually pretty embarassed that i didn't participate in any April Fools prank at all today, but that's ok, i get a lot of pranking done on regular days. Anyway, i just wanted to tell you that i'm going to be in New York on the 10th for a 45ft. public exquisite corpse-style collaborative comic that's happening in Washington Square Park care of NYU! It's called Speed Line. Come over and check it out if you wish. More info here! 3/9/10: Many updates! Updates updates! Update the 1st: Smoke Signal #4 is available at Desert Island (Brooklyn) and via their online and they have once again given in and included me although to be honest i'm not even totally sure what i have in there. Let's find out together! Update the 2nd: My book is now for sale on Little Paper Planes! Very excited. Thanks LPP! I guess that's everything i can think of at the moment! Back to watching The Simpsons incessantly. 2/26/10: Forum of 40 Champions opens tonight 5-9 at the ministillation gallery in the Creative Alliance. Here's a work-in-progress shot of a few of the champions in their natural environment. 2/18/10: HOLY CRAP a guy I don't know named Andrew Gibson got a tattoo of a drawing I did!!!! This is from the back cover of Ball of Design, a wonderful album by my old friends, Dufus. LOOK! IT'S REAL!!!

It will be hosted in part by my good friend and colleague, Connor M. Kizer. Need I say more? AND on an entirely different day, specifically December 11th, i'll be showing some animated gifs in this show called Fake Future at the Museum/Gallery/Gallery/Museum in Cincinnati! It's about the future! 11/10/09: I'll have new work in a show at Union Gallery in NYC this weekend. The show's called Space Jam and the opening's Friday the 13th. Wham City in the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (Canada) is a 4-day exhibition at the Deleon White Gallery and House of Everlasting Joy in Toronto. There will be a gallery show, theater, lectures, videos, a round-robin show, and a free brunch! Also apparently we will get to watch The Critic!
